GRAB N GO BAR
AGENT MARKETING PROGRAM
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering and participating in the Grab N Go Bar Agent Marketing Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
* Participants must be at least 18 years old.
* All applications are subject to management review and approval.
* Each approved Agent will be assigned access to the Agent Portal for referral tracking and commission monitoring.
* Grab N Go Bar reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any application or participation in the Program.
2. COMMISSION & QUALIFIED SALES
* Commission rates depend on the Agent’s approved category and the Company’s prevailing commission structure.
* The applicable commission rate will be communicated individually upon approval and made available through the Agent Portal, where applicable.
* Commissions are earned exclusively from successful vending machine sales generated through the Agent’s assigned referral link or officially verified referral.
* Accessories, spare parts, services, and other products are excluded from commission eligibility.
* Only completed, verified, and qualified transactions are eligible for commission.
* Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, or invalid transactions shall not qualify.
* All commission computations are subject to Company verification and approval.
3. COMMISSION TRACKING & PAYOUT
A. Commission Tracking
* Agents may monitor their referrals, qualified sales, commissions, and payout history through the official Agent Portal.
* Portal records are subject to verification and may be adjusted following the Company’s review.
* Displayed or pending commissions do not automatically guarantee payment.
B. Payout Categories
Payouts shall follow the Agent’s approved classification:

In-House Agents Processed through the Company’s payroll system
Outside Agents Released through a Company-issued check for bank deposit
C. Payout Conditions
* Only approved and verified commissions shall be processed for payment.
* A ₱300 processing fee shall be deducted from every payout, regardless of Agent category.
* Payouts shall follow the Company’s applicable processing schedule and internal approval procedures.
* The Agent must provide accurate and complete payment or payroll information and any required supporting documents.
* The Company reserves the right to defer payment pending verification, completion of requirements, or resolution of a disputed transaction.
4. AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Agents are expected to:
* Use only authorized marketing materials and accurate product information.
* Provide truthful and complete information when promoting Grab N Go Bar products.
* Avoid false advertising, misleading claims, unauthorized discounts, and misrepresentation of the Company.
* Use their assigned referral links or follow the Company’s approved referral verification process.
* Protect their Agent Portal login credentials and account information.
* Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
Agents are not authorized to collect customer payments, offer unauthorized discounts, sign contracts, or enter into agreements on behalf of Grab N Go Bar unless expressly authorized in writing.
5. PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS & DISQUALIFICATION
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
* Creating fake, duplicate, or fraudulent referrals.
* Manipulating referral links or commission tracking.
* Misrepresenting sales or customer transactions.
* Using unauthorized promotional materials or making unapproved commitments.
* Engaging in activities that may damage the Company’s reputation or interests.
In cases of violations, the Company may disqualify transactions, adjust or reverse commissions, withhold disputed payouts, suspend Agent access, or terminate participation in the Program.
6. COMMISSION DISPUTES & RESOLUTION
* Any concern or dispute involving referrals, qualified sales, commission computation, adjustments, or payouts must be submitted in writing to the Company’s designated representative or management.
* The Agent must provide relevant supporting documents, transaction details, referral records, or other evidence necessary for review.
* Management shall review the submitted concern and may request additional information or verification before making a decision.
* Pending disputes may result in the withholding of the affected commission until verification and resolution are completed.
* Management shall issue the final determination based on the available records, applicable Program rules, and Company policies, subject to applicable laws.
* Only the disputed commission or transaction may be withheld while under review, unless a broader suspension is reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud or misconduct.
7. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS & PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
* All referrals, transactions, commission computations, and payouts are subject to Company verification and management approval.
* The Company reserves the right to correct errors, adjust commission records, reject invalid referrals, reverse unqualified commissions, and investigate suspicious transactions.
* Grab N Go Bar may amend, update, suspend, or discontinue the Program when necessary, subject to applicable laws and existing obligations.
* Any changes to the Program shall be communicated through the Company’s official communication channels.
* Continued participation in the Program following the effectivity of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable laws.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering and participating in the Grab N Go Bar Agent Marketing Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the applicable commission, verification, payout, and dispute-resolution policies.
You acknowledge that participation in the Program does not guarantee commissions or payment unless the applicable sales and payout requirements have been satisfied.
